    2. Appropriate and sensible management of resources is resource planning. There are three mechanisms involved. Resources are put to use as per the economy’s capacity and growth needs.

      The three pathways are

      1. Identity and inventory of resources throughout various regions of the country. Surveying, mapping, qualitative and quantitative assessment and resource calculation are included.
      2. Development of a planning system with sufficient technical capabilities and operational set-up for the execution of proposals for resource development.
      3. Synchronizing the development of capital with national development strategies as a whole.
